Apple tablet stuck on "Enrollment Configuring" screen
Once you have verified that in Tenant status showing all green check healthy status and Apple tablets are not receiving the enrollment configuration policy from Intune, or are stuck on the Getting Enrollment Configuration screen, the issue is often related to the enrollment configuration settings in Microsoft Intune for the THI and Thompson profiles. In most cases, resetting these settings resolves the problem. Simply toggle one of the configuration options off and back on, save the changes, and then restart the Apple tablet to see if it progresses past the enrollment configuration screen.
