Manage Axiom Licenses and Activations
QLM Self Help Portal
QLM (Quick License Manager) is a cloud-based licensing system.
The “QLM Self Help” portal is a web page that you can use to manage or get information about your Axiom product license activations.
Get to the portal here: https://qlm3.net/axiomint/qlmcustomersite
The supported sections of this portal are the Deactivate a License section and the Get License Information section.
Activation Key
To use the portal features, you will require your Axiom product license key. You can find your product license(s) in the Axiom.lic file that was delivered with your software. You don’t want the entire license, just the key section of it.
A sample license in an Axiom.lic looks like this: qlm:OfficeRv:Org:29 Dec 23:BFK81-E0408-GHJ2C-181AP-1T5MA-K6B6A-T5XIF
The key is the section after the date in the license string: BFK81-E0408-GHJ2C-181AP-1T5MA-K6B6A-T5XIF
Get License Information

Press {Get License Information}.

Enter your activation key in the available field and press {Ok}.
Here you can see how many licenses/activations are available, the type of license, expiry dates etc.
At the bottom of this screen you also get a list of which computers the license has been activated on.
The “Computer Name” is the actual device name of the user’s pc; this can be seen from the client’s side.
The “Computer Identifier” is a unique string that the QLM software generates to identify the computer by and is made up of various details from their pc; this the client would not be able to see from their own machine.
Deactivate a License

Press {Deactivate a License}.
2.
Enter the license activation key in the “Activation Key” field and then the computer identifier of the computer that you want to deactivate the license from in the “Computer ID” field. Remember, the Computer Identifier is gotten from the “Get License Information” section.
Note: The string in the “Computer Identifier” field of the “Get License Information” page is what you will use when deactivating license activations through this portal and NOT the “Computer Name” field.

Notice on the deactivation page I am using the ID from the “Computer Identifier” field to deactivate from machine “4-MARKD” and not “4-MARKD” from the “Computer Name” field:
