Printer Logic Instructions
Click the up arrow by the clock on your computer. It is circled in red in the picture below.
Click on the Icon that looks like a printer with a green plus sign. you can see it circled in red.
When you click on the icon, it will open a web page. Make sure the city the printer is located in is selected from the list of locations in the left hand pane. Once that is selected, you will see a list of available printers in the right hand pane. Click on the printer you want to install.
When you click on the printer you want, you will see a Confirmation box pop up. Click yes to install the printer.
An installation progress window will show up.
Once the installation has finished you will get a Successfully installed box pop up. Click "OK" and then your printer will be ready to use. ***Some applications, that are open when you install, will not show the newly installed printer until you close the application and re-open it.
